UK GCA DPS for cyber security services replacing RM3764.3.
The UK Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for cyber security services under the Procurement Act 2023, replacing the existing Cyber Security Services 3 DPS (RM3764.3). This framework allows contracting authorities across the UK to procure a wide range of cyber security services. The DPS covers multiple lots including cyber security consultancy, audit and assurance, incident response, managed security services, and training. Suppliers must meet specific qualification criteria including relevant certifications (e.g., Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001) and demonstrate experience in delivering similar services to public sector clients. The framework is expected to run for up to 4 years with an estimated total value exceeding £10 million.
