East Sussex County Council seeks a contractor to provide a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (8-seat WAV) and two passenger assistants (PAs) for a school transport route. One PA must be PEG-trained and the other trained for epilepsy and PEG. The route runs Monday-Friday from BN23 8DS and BN23 8BH to Hazel Court FE (BN21 2XF), with school hours 08:50-15:10. One passenger requires a 1:1 PA only on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The PA cost must cover both assistants. This is a restricted procedure above threshold.
