The Bernard Leach (St Ives) Trust Ltd seeks a contractor for interpretation/exhibition fit-out works at the Leach Pottery in St Ives, Cornwall, as part of a £10 million capital redevelopment funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The contract, valued at £375,000-£400,000, covers manufacture, supply, and installation of setworks, display showcases, graphics, and exhibition lighting across historic and new spaces. The contractor will act as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor under JCT ICD 2024, coordinating with the client, base build architects, interpretive designers, and a separate AV contractor.
