PLN 8M bank credit for budget deficit and debt repayment.
The City of Będzin (Gmina Będzin) seeks a bank to grant and service a credit line of PLN 8,000,000 (approx. EUR 1.9M) to finance the planned budget deficit of the local government unit and to repay previously incurred liabilities from securities issuance, loans, and credits. The contract is a single lot with a maximum duration of 10 years. Bidders must hold a banking license under Polish law and have experience in providing similar credit services to public entities. The award criteria are price (100%). The notice is a standard open procedure under Polish Public Procurement Law.
