Chesterfield Borough Council is procuring an Assisted Lifeguard Technology (ALT) system for drowning detection and safety supervision across its leisure facilities. The system must provide automated monitoring, behavioral anomaly detection, and alerting within under 10 seconds, with low false rates and 99% uptime, functioning in humid indoor aquatic environments. It must cover main pools, training pools, and other water areas, with suppliers required to provide equipment layouts and coverage maps. The maximum contract value is £140,000 excl. VAT.
