BD Group, on behalf of the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, seeks a Professional Services Consultant to act as Subject Matter Expert for a Heating Infrastructure & Metering Remediation Programme. The consultant will develop a comprehensive Invitation to Tender (ITT) suite for a specialist contractor, covering controls optimisation, pipework remediation, heat metering, data networks, and central monitoring design across multiple residential sites. The role includes full lifecycle delivery across four stages: pre-tender/ITT development, tender support, contract administration, and commissioning/handover. Additional duties may include Quantity Surveyor, Principal Designer (CDM), and Principal Designer (BR) roles. Estimated contract value is £650,000 with a 12-week duration.
