YPO is establishing a new national framework for HR & Professional Services covering four key areas: HR Advice and Administration, Payroll Management, Vetting and Compliance, and Below Threshold Recruitment. The framework is divided into multiple lots including outsourced payroll, HR advice, vetting, combined services, and temporary/permanent recruitment, with separate lots for education. Public sector organizations can use this framework as a compliant route to award contracts. The framework aims to fill gaps in YPO's current service offerings.
