Canada seeks input on Buy Canadian policy for vaccine procurement.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), with the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Emergency Readiness Canada (HERC), seeks stakeholder input on applying the Buy Canadian Policy to federally managed vaccine procurement. The goal is to understand barriers to expanding domestic vaccine capabilities and to define, assess, and validate Canadian Value-Added in a way that supports domestic capacity and supply chain resilience. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, not a solicitation. Responses will inform future procurement strategies.
