Newry, Mourne and Down District Council invites tenders for the construction of an extension to St Monicas Boxing Club facilities under the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract. The project includes creating toilet facilities, an office, kitchen accommodation, and an internal steel mezzanine floor within the existing gym space.
