Re-drill water well at USDA ARS Jornada Experimental Range in Las Cruces, NM.
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks a contractor to re-drill an existing water well at the Jornada Experimental Range in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The work includes mobilization, drilling, installation of casing and screen, development, and testing to achieve a minimum yield of 50 gallons per minute. The contractor must comply with New Mexico Office of the State Engineer well construction standards and provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor. The contract is a firm-fixed-price with a period of performance of 120 days after award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12.
