Anglian Water Services is procuring a unified Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution to replace three existing systems used within its Business Change function. The tool must support consistent delivery, improve visibility of change activity, and streamline portfolio governance. It will also be adopted by partner delivery teams and other business areas. Required capabilities include benefits management, change management, project/programme management, portfolio/roadmap management, resource/capacity management, governance/assurance, schedule/task/dependency management, RAID management, reporting/analytics, and closure/transition management. The procurement is conducted under a competitive flexible procedure.
