The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) and its regional agency Bufetat are establishing a framework agreement for legal services. The procurement covers legal advice and representation in areas such as child welfare, family law, and administrative law. Bidders must have relevant experience and qualifications in Norwegian law. The agreement is for a duration of up to 4 years with an estimated value between NOK 10-50 million.
